Intellectual property
Website text, layout, and branding belong to Panel Nestcore. Deliverables produced under an engagement are licensed to the client for internal business use as stated in the engagement letter. You may not republish our website content or resell our briefing templates without written consent.
Client materials
You retain ownership of purchase-order extracts, quality logs, and other records you supply. You confirm you have the right to share them with us for the engagement and that sharing does not breach confidentiality owed to third parties beyond what your contracts allow.

Liability
