Why we exist

Panel Nestcore was formed to prepare procurement analytics and supplier performance reporting that stand up in review meetings — clear measures, visible exceptions, and a written narrative.
How we work
We work as analysts alongside your procurement and finance contacts. Kickoffs and read-outs happen in person when schedules allow; file exchange is remote. We do not sell software seats or host live dashboards. The deliverable is a briefing pack and a walkthrough your team can reuse next quarter.
Where we sit
Our office address is Mandarin Villa Wan Chai, Wan Chai District, Hong Kong. Much of the work serves traders, importers, and light manufacturers whose buying decisions run through the harbour and the Pearl River Delta supply base.
Who you meet
Engagements are led by analysts with backgrounds in category support, operations finance, and vendor review facilitation. You will have a named lead for data questions and a scheduled walkthrough when the draft scorecards are ready — not an anonymous ticket queue.
