Refunds and cancellations
Terms for deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds on Panel Nestcore engagements.
Scope
These terms apply to paid professional engagements for procurement analytics and supplier performance reporting, including scorecard programmes, category reviews, briefing packs, and quarterly facilitation. This site does not sell physical goods or software subscriptions.
Eligibility for refund
Refunds are considered when Panel Nestcore cancels an engagement we cannot staff, or when you cancel within the windows below. Dissatisfaction with findings that correctly reflect the source data you supplied is not, by itself, grounds for a full refund.
Timeframes
- Full refund of deposit: written cancellation at least 10 business days before the agreed kickoff date, provided no substantive data work has started
- Partial refund: cancellation between 3 and 9 business days before kickoff — typically 50% of the deposit retained for reserved analyst time
- No deposit refund: cancellation within 2 business days of kickoff, or after data intake and measure workshops have begun
Work already started
If analysis, scorecard drafting, or facilitation preparation has started, fees for completed stages remain payable. Unused later stages may be credited or refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion, documented in writing.
Non-refundable items
- Completed briefing packs and final scorecard deliveries
- Facilitation sessions that already occurred
- Third-party room hire or courier costs ordered at your request
Rescheduling
You may request one reschedule of kickoff or walkthrough dates with at least 5 business days’ notice at no charge. Later or repeated reschedules may incur a rescheduling fee of up to 10% of the engagement fee to cover calendar disruption.
No-shows
If your team misses a scheduled workshop or walkthrough without 1 business day’s notice, that session is treated as delivered for fee purposes. We will offer one replacement slot within 15 business days where calendars allow.
Refund process and timing
Email info@panel-nestcore.click with the engagement reference, reason, and preferred contact. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
Deposits
Deposits reserve analyst capacity. They are applied to the final invoice on delivery. Unused deposit balances after an approved cancellation follow the windows above.
Exceptions
If Panel Nestcore materially fails to deliver the agreed pack without a reasonable remediation plan, you may request a full or partial refund of fees paid for undelivered work. Statutory rights under Hong Kong law that cannot be waived remain available.
