Pricing reflects supplier count, category breadth, and how clean the source exports are. Figures below are in Hong Kong dollars and exclude government taxes where applicable. There is no online checkout — request an estimate and we confirm scope in writing.
Supplier Performance Reporting
From HK$68,000 per engagement
Typical mid-size panel of 20–40 suppliers across one or two categories, three to five weeks. Larger panels, multi-currency ledgers, or extensive quality-log cleanup increase the quote.
Spend Category Review
From HK$28,000 for one category
Two-category packages are quoted together when the export files overlap. Rush delivery inside ten business days carries a surcharge agreed up front.
Pre-Negotiation Briefing Pack
From HK$18,000 per supplier brief
Includes performance history for the current contract term and a price-comparison note. Additional comparable quotes you supply can be incorporated without changing the base fee.
Quarterly Review Facilitation
From HK$22,000 per quarter after setup
Requires an initial scorecard setup (often the flagship engagement). The quarterly fee covers refreshed scorecards, one facilitated internal session in Hong Kong or by video, and an action list.

Deposits
